Instruments, not oracles
Six honest tools
Deterministic calculators and record-builders for grass-pitch work. Each one is input-first, shows nothing until you have answered, refuses questions outside its sources, and runs entirely in your browser.
- Seasonal maintenance planner
Month, condition, usage and capacity in; prioritised tasks and a printable twelve-month sheet out.
- Equipment planner
Five answers about your club; the equipment checklist filtered to what applies now, next and rarely.
- Pitch inspection
Structured matchday observations; ready, needs action, or stop and escalate — plus a printable record.
- Maintenance log builder
Dated activity rows; an escaped CSV download and a print sheet, all generated on your device.
- Maintenance cost planner
Your quantities × your rates; an annual total and category breakdown with excluded lines disclosed.
- Pitch line-length planner
Adult pitch dimensions within Law 1; a transparent geometric line-length estimate, element by element.
Rules every tool obeys
- Fail closed
- Missing or out-of-scope input returns a refusal with a reason — never a partial answer.
- No fabricated defaults
- Empty tools show no example result pretending to be yours.
- Stale results clear
- Change any input and the previous result disappears until you recalculate.
- Private by construction
- No network calls, no storage, no analytics; see privacy.
- Sources visible
- Each result names its assumptions and source dates.
- Works by keyboard
- Every control reachable and operable without a mouse; results announced to assistive technology.
Without JavaScript the tools state plainly that they cannot run and point to the static guide covering the same ground. Printable static sheets live under downloads.
