Plan the season

Tell the planner your month, pitch condition, weekly usage and volunteer capacity. It returns a prioritised task list for now and a printable twelve-month work sheet — built from the same dated guidance as the maintenance calendar.

Scope: natural-grass football pitches only, using national guidance bands. An artificial surface, or any missing answer, returns no plan — the tool does not guess. The full reasoning behind every task is on the maintenance calendar.

This planner needs JavaScript, which is off or unavailable in your browser. Nothing is broken on your pitch because of it: the maintenance calendar carries the same guidance month by month, and prints well.

How it decides

The task pool is the calendar’s month list. Poor condition raises repair, aeration and drainage tasks; high usage raises wear and safety tasks; minimal capacity caps the priority list and shows the remainder as deferred rather than hiding it, so you can plan that work for later.
