Log the work

Enter dated maintenance activities and build a working record: an escaped CSV file for the club spreadsheet and a printable sheet for the grounds folder. Everything is generated on your device — this site has no server to send it to.

Why keep a log: the seasonal guidance treats dated records of work done as part of maintenance itself — they show what the pitch responds to, and a written history strengthens any funding conversation. A blank CSV template for keeping the same record by hand is on the downloads page.

This log builder needs JavaScript, which is off or unavailable in your browser. The downloads page has a blank CSV template with the same columns, ready to fill in with any spreadsheet.

Activity rows

Each row is one piece of work: date, what was done, where, notes and who recorded it. Rows appear here once JavaScript is running.

Nothing you type is uploaded, stored or analysed. The CSV is assembled in your browser and downloaded straight to your device, with commas, quotes and line breaks in notes escaped so the file opens cleanly in a spreadsheet. Close the page and the entries are gone; the record you keep is the file or the printout. See privacy.
