Tool · your figures only
Cost the year
Put your own quantities and your own quoted rates against each maintenance job to get an annual total and a category breakdown. The planner ships with no market averages at all — a line without both figures is excluded and says so.
Scope: a planning aid for a club budgeting its own maintenance year. The suggested job lines mirror the work in the maintenance calendar; rename, clear or add lines freely. Rates come from your quotes and invoices — deliberately never from this site.
This planner needs JavaScript, which is off or unavailable in your browser. The same exercise works on paper: list the year’s jobs from the maintenance calendar, put your own quantity and rate against each, and total the lines that have both.
How it decides
Line total = your quantity × your rate, to the penny. Category totals add the costed lines in each group. A line missing either figure is excluded from the total and listed with the reason, so the headline number is never quietly smaller than your real costs. Negative or non-numeric entries stop the calculation rather than being silently fixed.
