There is no monitored public mailbox and no monitored public form for corrections. Do not send material through linked websites. If submissions reopen, this page will name the public channel.
Keep this evidence together
- The exact page or route and value — record both what the page says and the value you believe needs checking.
- The competition, season and exact recorded spelling — keep names and labels exactly as they appear in the record rather than modernising them.
- The source title, publisher and date — enough detail to identify the publication, programme, report, handbook or archive capture.
- A page image or accurate transcription with surrounding context — keep the heading, column labels, nearby entries and any note that affects the reading.
Retain the packet locally: keep the original image or transcription and your notes together, so its provenance survives if a link or hosted copy disappears.
Why context matters
Nearby headings can distinguish competitions with similar names. Divisions and seasons can change meaning from one table to the next. Blank runner-up fields may mean that the source recorded no runner-up, while editorial notes may explain a gap or limit instead of being part of the record itself.
