What is verified

The historical site published a Reserves First Division winners page; its URL is on the legacy ledger and old links to it now arrive here rather than dying.
The league carried a substantial reserve-team presence: in the main champions record, reserve sides win Division One itself 12 times between 1998–99 and 2012–13 — Deal Town reserves, Thamesmead Town reserves and Herne Bay reserves among them.

What is missing

A complete, checkable season-by-season honours list for the reserve section itself. Neither of the archive’s two structured historical sources records a division under this name, and this site does not reconstruct a table from memory, fragments or probability.

How this gap closes

When a verifiable source for the reserve-section honours is captured — a complete contemporary listing, or an archive capture that can be checked — the list will be published here with its docket, under the same rules as every other record. Evidence can be offered through the corrections route.
