FRIDAY EVENING NEWS |
|
The final
Kent Football League Division One match of
the 2007/08 campaign saw Cray Wanderers lose
when they met Erith & Belvedere, the score
was three one to the 'Deres'. Also, in
Division Two, Ashford Town defeated Herne
Bay, at Homelands, by three goals to nil
which lifts them into the Runners-Up place
behind Dover Athletic. They will, however,
have to wait for the final game to be played
to see if they are to be promoted to
Division One as Greenwich Borough play their
final match on Tuesday. A win for 'Borough',
by eight clear goals, at Tunbridge Wells
would then see the South East London side
elevated instead of Ashford Town.
