Tips on completing editable forms

You can just print the un-edited form and fill in the spaces with a pen, If you want to edit the forms then see below:

The editable sections are bounded by square brackets [ ] which do not appear when the form is printed.

 

The brackets are spaced out by a highlighted area [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] to give space should the form be printed for filling in by hand

 

To fill in the form on your computer place your cursor within the square brackets adjacent to the left hand one [v                ]

 

Press the 'delete' key to minimise the space between the brackets [v] and then enter your data

 

Finally make ALL of your entered text 'bold' to emphasise the details which are unique to your form.
