Wednesday 15th May

 

The final game of the 2012-2013 season was played tonight when Chatham Town beat Phoenix Sports 2-1 in their Division 1 match. Chatham end in 4th place and Phoenix in 10th.

 

Two outstanding results are the subject of a disciplinary commission.

 

Monday 13th May

 

Tunbridge Wells ended their long-haul season with a 1-2 defeat at home to Corinthian. Wells' Andy Irvine put the home side in front and gave them a 1-0 half time lead. The second half belonged to the Corries with goals from Matt Holder and Jack Howlett which gave them a fourth place finish. Wells ended up in 7th place.

 

Saturday 11th May

 

Kent League Challenge Cup (Premier Division) Final

 

Corinthian went 1-0 up through an Adam Marsh 31st minute goal in this final against Erith & Belvedere at Welling United FC. Richard Davies levelled 8 minutes later and the sides went in for half time honours even. In the second half substitute Adam Birchell put the Deres in front then Richmond Kissi made it 3-0 before Jamie Wood finished the scoring in time added at the end for a 4-1 final score.

First Division

 

Herne Bay's game against VCD Athletic was postponed last night so Maidstone United took full advantage and moved up into second place on goals scored after they won 3-2 at Rusthall. Champions Whitstable Town ended their season with a 3-1 win at Phoenix Sports.
